ORDER BY POST

Use our postal application form to order by post.

Cheque/postal order payment required.

Our ordering process is simple:

All we require is the full name of the deceased, an exact or approximate date of death and the last known address or area of residence.

For your convenience, we obtain which ever probate record is available. If probate was granted we supply both a copy of the Grant of Probate and the Will. If the deceased died intestate     without leaving a will, we supply a copy of the Letters of Administration.

If the date of death is recent (within the past 6 months) and probate has not yet been granted we offer to continue making a regular search for a period of up to three months at no additional charge.

INFORMATION:

Our aim is to provide 100% customer satisfaction. If you are a new customer and require additional information, please see our INFO & HELP page before placing an order.

We aim to offer our customers a fast, reliable and professional service. Most searches are completed within 24hrs. Documents are then dispatched within our estimated timescale depending on the service level requested. This value added service is included in our stated fee. PLEASE NOTE: We are an independent company and this website is not affiliated with H.M. Government. Customers wishing to make their own search in person, can do so by visiting an appropriate probate registry. The cost of obtaining a probate record independently and in person from H.M. Government will be less than using our service. For probate registry contact details, please see GOV.UK Court and Tribunal Finder.
